Villa Agapanthus occupies a wonderfully private plot, surrounded by olive groves with views stretching over the southern tip of the island and across to Albania. We recommend hiring a car at the airport for the 45-minute drive to the villa, and for exploring the highlights of northeast Corfu. The charming seaside village of Nissaki is about 10 minutes by car - a lovely spot for a dip in the sea and a leisurely lunch at a traditional taverna. The beaches of Agni and Kouloura are 15 minutes from the villa, and the picturesque fishing village of St Stephano is 25 minutes away.

Villa Agapanthus comprises two attractive stone-clad houses, which can comfortably accommodate a large family or two families. The main villa has three floors and sleeps up to eight guests. On the first floor, there is a master double bedroom with an en suite and private balcony, plus two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The lower ground floor has been cleverly designed to be a playroom, a home cinema and a bedroom for children or teenagers with twin beds.

A separate cottage, ‘The Little House’, has space for a further four guests in one double bedroom and one twin, with a shared bathroom. Both houses have modern kitchens and comfortable living rooms, and their own terraces. There’s also a large dining terrace where everyone can gather for an al fresco meal, and a spectacular crescent-shaped infinity pool.
