Villa Alacantra

Villa Alacantra is a beautifully restored 7 bedroom farmhouse set in 5 acres of gardens and orchards. Situated in a lush and verdant valley less than ten minutes drive from the historic city of Ronda, within an hour of Marbella, and just a ten minute walk to the vibrant village of Arriate renowned for its local produce, restaurants and cafes.

Encircled by both a river and a stream and with wonderful views towards the shimmering Grazalema mountains this former walnut and apple farm still provides a wide variety and abundance of fruits and nuts throughout the year.

The 11 metre salt water swimming pool is surrounded by lawns, flowers , with a badminton net and swings nearby. The entertainment continues with a full size American bar pool table and table tennis at the house.

There are wisteria and vine covered dining pergolas and chill out corners replete with day beds and cushions. Lounge in hammocks in the dappled shade of the trees in the walled garden or on the master bedroom terrace. Luxuriate in the heat of the sun on the numerous sun beds and terraced lawns.
