A selection of beaches border the Adriatic and Ionian coast with the nearest beach being around 25 minutes away. Visitors to this part of Italy can enjoy the unspoilt towns and villages free from the commercial developments that you find elsewhere in Italy. Beachside bars and restaurants, crystal clear waters and a relaxed pace make this an ideal location if you are looking for rest and relaxation. The nearest airport is 30-50km away.

Inside the villa the large Moroccan inspired central living room is completed by a large glass and bronze fireplace, television with all Sky channels and an indoor and outdoor music system. The living, dining and kitchen spaces are all set under a stunning traditional barrel-vaulted stone room, in the style of a traditional ‘lamia’ house typical of the region. The fully fitted kitchen has been fitted with the finest German equipment perfect for entertaining in the evenings and their is modern utility room.

All the three bedrooms are beautifully furnished with Indian fabrics and Italian works of art, with elegant bathrooms, one featuring a unique Roman style stone bath.

In the villa's’ extensive grounds there is also an external dining area with infinity swimming pool, a solarium and BBQ area as well as private parking facilities.
Cleaning services are delivered three times a week and guests receive a generous welcome pack. Plenty of extra details can be arranged including lessons in yoga, cooking and massage as well as sailing, boating and horse riding trips.
