Villa Veneziano

This distinctive Venetian-style villa stands, in a peaceful hillside spot, within 2000 sqm of luxuriant green gardens, in the seaside village of Perigiali. Views take in the Ionian sea, Meganissi and the private island of Skorpios. It’s close to the popular village and marina of Nydri and a short drive to the island’s capital, Lefkada Town - both with a good choice of tavernas.
The villa is all on one level, built around an attractive cloistered courtyard, with an arched Hacienda-style entrance. There are five suites (for up to 12 guests), living and dining rooms, all with polished wooden floors and ambient lighting. It’s the ideal size for family gatherings, social events and special celebrations.
Landscaped gardens, with spacious lawns and an outdoor barbecue, provide plenty of spaces for outdoor dining. Or relax with drinks in the cloistered courtyard at the main villa. Steps lead up to the infinity pool, Jacuzzi and pavilion pool house with comfortable sofas and chairs looking out to sea. There’s a garage for two cars and a discreet team of staff who can organise massage treatments, boat cruises and private island tours.
