Villa Thalassia is a spacious beachfront property in Agia Paraskevi, situated on an estate with just one other villa, in the south of Skiathos. A 40-meter walk takes you down to a secluded golden sandy beach with private sun beds and parasols. A RIB is available at an extra cost and the two villas can be taken together for very large groups.

The bedrooms, with sea views, are split across two floors, five of them opening onto shaded verandas with outdoor seating. The first floor sitting/dining room has doors opening onto the terrace and large windows to maximise the light. The kitchen is well equipped, also with outside access.

On the uppermost terrace there’s a 60sqm infinity pool, sun beds, and a stone and covered shaded area with a dining table and chairs, sofas, barbecue and outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals. Further comfortable seating, on the terraces below, is under the shade of verandas with occasional tables and ceiling fans.
