Villa Longasa is a large, spacious Mallorcan villa, sleeping 10, with the traditional good looks of the Mallorcan finca and all the conveniences of a new build. Recently fully refurbished, Villa Longasa is located in a quiet residential area from which you can experience both the beautiful local beaches, as well as the delights of Pollenca - with its shops, bars, restaurants, all within a 15 minute walk from the villa, allowing the non-driving members of your party the freedom to explore without needing to get in the car.

Only 45 minutes from Palma international airport, Villa Longasa is located at the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains in the North East of the island. Biking and hiking in this area are internationally renowned and Villa Longasa can provide bike racks, basic tools and a work table for those who need to carry out the ever essential bike maintenance.

Your teenagers will thank you for the proximity of bars in nearby Pollenca and you don’t have to go far with your young children for a day on the beach - just 5-10 minutes’ drive and you can be on the beautiful, sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente or Port de Pollenca. But if it’s shade you’re seeking, the villa can offer lots of chill out areas to catch up on films, relax with a book or enjoy an aperitif. Cool off in the huge (11m) swimming pool with its basking end for great tanning. Plenty of sun loungers are available for relaxing and enjoying your surroundings - the immaculate garden has been laid out to lawn and there are many different areas for both enjoying time together as a group or apart. Views of the Tramuntana mountains are uninterrupted and shelter the area from wind.

Inside there are 5 bedrooms all will have en suite bathrooms to accommodate your group of family and friends and with the new refurbishments. Stylishly designed, the owners have thought of everything for their guests’ comfort and include a mid-week clean and linen change so that house-keeping is not on your to-do list. Instead, if you’re feeling sociable and have friends in the area, you can plan a dinner at the magnificent outside seating area, which has a table that seats 20.
