Nautilos is situated 5km from Mykonos airport, on the western tip of the island. The villa’s position makes for spectacular views across the water to neighbouring Delos Island, especially at sunset. The villa is just 700m from the hidden gem that is Kapari beach: a secluded cove of white sand, turquoise waters and no crowds. For a beach with a bit more going on, Agios Ioannis is just a little further along the coast. Here, there are sun loungers and parasols, beach bars and restaurants. The iconic Mykonos Town is 4km from the villa, a mecca of culture and entertainment within picturesque, labyrinthine streets.
This luxury villa is typical of Cycladic architecture, with whitewashed walls and curved, cubic shapes. The interior design is in keeping with the villa’s name, with antique nautical artefacts lending the space a unique character. The property is made up of the Main House, accommodating six guests, and a guest studio with independent access and an ensuite double bedroom. In the Main House, the master bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom, a private veranda and sea view; upstairs there is one double and one twin room, both with ensuite bathrooms, sea views and access to the roof terrace. The communal spaces are open plan, with a modern kitchen flowing through to a dining area and comfortable living room. Outside, there is a shaded dining terrace and a woodfire barbeque. Below this is a large terrace with colourful plants and cacti, a lagoon-shaped saltwater pool, and another shaded area with lounge seating.

This villa rental includes air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room, and WiFi indoors and out. There is a daily maid service, with towels changed daily and linens changed twice weekly, and a complimentary concierge service.
