A beautiful waterfront villa in Agios Ioannis, on the west coast of Mykonos. This stylish yet family-friendly property has four bedrooms, a private swimming pool and is walking distance from Kapari beach.

Neptunea is positioned between two beaches. The sheltered and secluded Kapari beach is just 200m north, an idyllic spot for a swim. Agios Ioannis, 1km to the south, is great for wind surfing and leisurely lunches in a beachfront taverna. The villa is 5km from Mykonos airport and 4km from the island’s enchanting capital. Mykonos Town is a labyrinth of narrow pedestrian streets with bougainvillea climbing the whitewashed walls of churches, restaurants and boutiques. This tiny town is bursting with culture, with museums, art galleries and an open-air cinema.

This one-level house is styled with a contemporary twist on Cycladic design. The living space is open plan, with a fitted kitchen flowing through to a dining area and sitting room through wide, curved archways. The space is light and airy, with white linens fluttering in the breeze and pale wood-beamed ceilings. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and access to the front terrace via French doors. There are two double bedrooms with joinable twin beds, each with a private bathroom and French doors leading onto the front terrace. There is one further bedroom located next to the main house with independent access from the pool terrace. This double room has joinable twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with a private swimming pool and custom-made sunbeds. There are two shaded areas, one with comfortable lounge seating and one with a long dining table.

This villa is designed so that each bedroom enjoys the beautiful sea view. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is WiFi indoors and out. This villa rental also includes a daily maid service, with towels changed daily and linens changed twice weekly, and a complimentary concierge service.
