The property enjoys a wonderfully secluded setting in the hills above the north-east coast of the island, yet it’s just a 15-minute walk down to Kassiopi. This bustling harbour town is packed with every amenity for travellers, from shops and supermarkets to bars and restaurants. There are several superb beaches within a short drive of the villa, the nearest being Avlaki. This pretty pebble beach is well served by two tavernas, making it the perfect spot for a long and lazy lunch. Those looking for a little more action can take advantage of the afternoon breeze and head out on the clear waters for paddle boarding, windsurfing or sailing.

Villa Prosilio comprises a four-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom guest cottage, set within 15,000 sqm of private land. Amongst the fragrant lemon and orange trees are spacious stone terraces and an infinity pool with a pool house. Inside, the property combines traditional features with vibrant colours to create a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The main house has a master bedroom, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with ensuites. One twin bedroom has a private balcony and the double bedroom has doors leading out to the main terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and large sitting room also lead outside, where ten guests can be seated comfortably under an awning. The guest cottage has a twin bedroom, bathroom and its own terrace. Wherever you are on the property, you’ll find yourself marvelling at the mesmerising views. From this privileged position you can take in all the highlights of the coastline and gaze across the Corfu channel to the distant Albanian mountains.

The owners built Villa Prosilio in 2004 and they take pride in maintaining the property to a very high standard. They have a devoted team who ensure that everything is immaculate, inside and out, during your stay. This includes a maid service six days a week, and pool and garden maintenance. If you’re looking to make your holiday extra special, a cook is available on request and there is a choice of RIB boats for hire.
