This recently renovated villa, sits within its own gardens, located right beside one of the nicest sandy beaches in the green peninsula of south-eastern Skiathos. Direct access to the quietest part of the beach, with water skiing, scuba diving, canoeing, boat rental and a superb beachfront taverna, a short walk further along, make it ideal for combining relaxation and outdoor activities. The private grounds provide plenty of space for al fresco dining, lounging and sun bathing.
The interiors mix modern furnishings with traditional materials such as chestnut ceilings and areas of exposed stonework. There are four bedrooms, across two floors, the smaller of the four with bunkbeds. An open plan kitchen, leads to a large living room with high ceilings and doors opening out onto the terrace. On the first floor a study/office area has a balcony overlooking the living space.
Outside a large stone dining table, seating eight, sits on a terrace, near the beach with sea views. A second shaded dining area and plenty of seating, both shaded or in the sun, including large comfortable sofas, provide lots of opportunity for relaxing, entertaining or simply spending time with friends and family. The gardens have big lawns, complete with sun beds to enjoy the scenery, and are surrounded by pine trees for screening.
