The minimal, modern interiors are flooded with natural light. Pale colours and simple, clean-lined furnishings create calm, harmonious living spaces that feel cool and spacious. On the ground floor, there’s a large open-plan living and dining room with multiple doors to the terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, and three en suite bedrooms. Upstairs, the twin and master bedrooms both have large sea-view balconies. The separate one-bedroom guesthouse for two has a bathroom, kitchenette, and private verandah.
Outdoor living is centred around the inviting infinity pool. Sun loungers sit on the surrounding decking, and a pergola shades part of the sizeable terrace between the house and the pool.
