The main open plan living space has large sliding picture doors opening to the terrace and framing the views, lots of comfy sofa seating, dining for eight and a well-equipped kitchen. There’s also a spacious cinema room, finished in earthy tones, with room for everyone to gather. The two ground-floor bedrooms have garden views and shaded outdoor seating areas, whilst the three bedrooms on the first floor have stunning sea views. There’s also a kid’s bedroom with bunk beds and indoor table tennis.
The villa sits on landscaped grounds with large modern planters punctuating the space and providing colour and greenery. The multi-level terraces, facing out to sea, take in views of Kefalonia and Ithaca. Immediately outside the house is a covered al fresco dining area with steps down to the pool terrace with an enticing infinity pool, sun loungers and an outdoor bar. On a higher terrace, there's a sizeable outdoor lounge, with big, comfy cushioned sofas - a great place to admire the sunset and enjoy pre-dinner drinks.
