Villa Nikki

Clean, contemporary lines and verdant vistas set the scene at Villa Nikki. The main house and auxiliary pool house sleep a total of 10 guests. In the main house, there are three spacious en-suite bedrooms and a very large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Glass doors lead straight out from here to the terrace, welcoming plenty of sunshine and lush, green vistas. There are cool stone floors throughout, and the sleek bathrooms are finished with neutral tiling and wooden furniture. In the pool house, there are two further bedrooms, both with doors leading straight out to the gardens, and with a cosy shared living area that is bathed in sunshine.

Shrouded by greenery, the villa has a wonderfully secluded feel. A long, shady terrace runs across the width of the house, with an outdoor lounge and dining area complete with a gas-fired barbecue. Set slightly below it is the heated pool, which is flanked by plush loungers and the shade of towering treetops. With private tropical gardens all around, the ambience here is one of blissful relaxation; peeling yourself away to venture into St. Tropez may prove harder than it sounds.

Just a moment’s walk from the white sands of Pampelonne Beach. The longest stretch of sand in St. Tropez, this coveted spot is without doubt a treasure to have on your doorstep. The sheltered bay is known for its clear waters and a peppering of buzzing beach bars. Here, you will find some of the most exclusive spots on the French Riviera, including Nikki Beach and Club 55. The sights and sounds of St. Tropez’s main harbour are also only five minutes away from the villa by car. Walk the narrow streets, count the super yachts, and stop for coffee at a bijou spot facing the ring of pastel-coloured houses around the water.
