Villa Rosa is situated on an extensive plot in the north east of Corfu, 36km from the island’s airport. From its privileged position on the hillside above Kassiopi, it commands panoramic views over the Ionian Sea. Surrounded by olive trees, this peaceful property feels a world away yet it’s only 1.5km from Kassiopi, a vibrant harbour town with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, and a supermarket. There is a small pebble beach just next to the town, or head a little further along the coast to Avlaki (3km) or the golden sands of Kalamaki (5km). San Stephano, a charming traditional harbour, is 6.5km away.

Formerly a family home, Villa Rosa is a wonderfully welcoming villa. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen and dining room, and an equally spacious sitting room. Grand stone fireplaces and chandeliers lend the spaces a sense of elegance. There is also an outdoor lounge area on this level, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The lower ground floor has a twin bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom, and a heated indoor pool and fitness area. The first floor has four bedrooms; a master bedroom with a terrace, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms – all with ensuites. Outside, there is a glorious 15 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. On a raised platform next to the pool stands a superb dining area, with a long table under the shade of a gazebo. Here, guests can linger over relaxed, al fresco meals and enjoy the incredible sea views. This villa combines traditional design with all modern comforts to ensure a relaxing luxury holiday.

The house has WiFi throughout and there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, or central heating for the cooler months. There is a maid service six days a week, with a midweek linen & towel change.
