Welcoming up to twelve guests across eight sumptuous bedroom suites, the property consists of a spectacular main villa and an elegant guest house. From the moment you step through the villa’s carved Indian doors, framed by water features and natural stone walls, a sense of calm envelopes you. With direct sea access, a private jetty, and world-class facilities including an extraordinary 65m infinity pool, this is a rare escape that pairs Mediterranean beauty with considered architectural grace.
The main villa houses five exquisite bedroom suites. The master bedroom occupies the ground floor, with two further suites on a mezzanine floor. On the lower ground level, two additional bedroom suites overlook the pool and enjoy beautiful sea views. This level also hosts a private cinema, a curated library, a gym, and a large indoor bar with a cosy TV snug. The separate guest house comprises three further en suite bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living/dining space, and a sleek, modern kitchen — all flowing seamlessly onto a panoramic south-facing terrace.
A series of landscaped terraces cascade down to the private seafront and jetty, offering multiple sunbathing decks and peaceful seating nooks. The show-stopping 65m infinity pool faces south, with uninterrupted 180-degree sea views. Above it, an elevated circular plunge pool with built-in seating and a cascading waterfall creates a striking focal point. The pool cabana offers generous alfresco dining, a lounge area, and a well-appointed bar — the perfect setting for long summer lunches or sunset cocktails. Shaded pergolas with plush sunbeds are dotted throughout the estate, ensuring every guest finds their own tranquil corner to unwind.
You can snorkel, dive, enjoy various water sports or take a boat out to explore the coastline. There’s a good taverna on the beach and another at secluded Agni Bay (a short boat trip or car drive along the coast). The little village of Nissaki has a bakery, bars, restaurants and a mini-market. Nissaki is well placed for exploring neighbouring villages, such as Agni, Barbati and San Stefanos and for accessing the Corfu Trail which passes through the surrounding forested hills. A day trip to Corfu Town is another must. Explore the charming UNESCO registered old town, with its Venetian architecture, narrow streets and wealth of shops and restaurants. The modern part of the town has many boutique fashion stores, jewellers and upmarket restaurants.
