It’s a superb property of modern design, displaying an attention to detail both inside and out, and enjoys views across the water to Meganissi and beyond. Below the house, a path leads down to a small beach and a floating pontoon. Here the property’s three private boats are moored. The house also comes with a live-in couple (who occupy their own separate apartment), one of whom pilots the boats, so you can set out directly from the pontoon for both water-skiing and wakeboarding. Or take a trip to seek out a deserted cove or over to the nearby islands for lunch.
In the open-plan living and kitchen space, double-height ceilings, and enormous sliding glass doors, really maximise the views. On two sides the doors open to balconies and to a verandah where the dining area is situated. There’s also a mezzanine level with a computer/study area and a tv area. All five of the ensuite bedrooms have sea views, the two on the first floor each with a mezzanine level and a balcony. The three bedrooms on the lower level open to a shaded terrace. A separate gym is equipped with various aerobic machines.
On the kitchen terrace, there’s a large table and chairs to seat 12 guests, an outdoor kitchen with Green Egg and seating area. A second main dining and lounging area is positioned under a pergola on the pool terrace. The pool has both a deep and shallow end and can be accessed from the dining veranda or from the flight of steps leading up from the beach. This really is a special place - somewhere to relish and enjoy. There’s also a wealth of water sports equipment, including three boats, a snorkelling kit, kayaks, water skis, paddleboards, wakeboards, a kneeboard and a floating trampoline and crazy sofa!
Perfectly positioned for those seeking both privacy and adventure, the villa offers effortless access to the treasures of Greece’s lush Ionian archipelago. From its elevated setting, panoramic views unfold as you follow hiking trails through the island’s verdant interior, past ancient chapels and hidden waterfalls. With 117km of coastline to explore, the private 7.8m Ribeye boat makes island-hopping and coastal discovery a breeze. Glide into the charming harbours of Nidri and Sivota for a leisurely lunch or an evening stroll, then return to the tranquility of Templos.
