Natural materials, simple furnishings and colourful local textiles create interiors that feel both characterful and effortlessly comfortable. Sea House features a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, opening directly onto the sea-facing terrace. A compact sitting and kitchen area includes two day beds, providing additional sleeping space for children. Mountain House offers a cosy sitting room with two further day beds, alongside a double bedroom and separate shower room. Both houses benefit from cooling through-breezes, while their thoughtful design encourages an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
There are two day beds in the sitting rooms of the Sea House and Mountain House, suitable for children.
The two houses are linked by a central terrace with an outdoor dining table, creating a welcoming space for long, leisurely meals beneath the Mediterranean sky. Each house also has its own covered terrace, offering peaceful corners for reading, relaxing or simply enjoying the views. A roof terrace provides spectacular 360-degree panoramas across the sea, mountains and surrounding landscape. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and lush planting, enhancing its sense of seclusion and connection to nature. Entirely off-grid, with its own electricity and water supply, Blefouti House offers a thoughtful and environmentally conscious way to experience the island.
A small beach lies a few minutes’ walk from the property, while the safe, gently shelving sands of Blefouti Bay are around ten minutes away on foot. Here, guests will find the charming Artemis taverna, along with a relaxed café and beach bar. Leros remains one of the Dodecanese’ quieter and more authentic islands, known for its scenic bays, traditional villages and laid-back atmosphere. The island can be reached via Athens with a domestic flight, or by flying to Kos and continuing by ferry.
