Artfully renovated, La Finca encapsulates refined slow living. The Finca is surrounded by nature, with views of the Tramantuna mountains and beautiful spaces both inside and out. It’s just a five-minute drive to the picturesque village of Llubi (home to ‘Brut’, one of the best restaurants on the island) and just over half an hour from the airport.
An eclectic mix of decorative elements adds interest and colour. The main living spaces flow seamlessly into one another, giving access to the large surrounding terrace. All five en suite bedrooms have views of the gardens and surrounding nature, and each has a door leading to seating on the terrace.
Within the Mediterranean gardens, there’s an inviting tiled pool with handmade wooden loungers and large parasols on the surrounding terrace. There’s also a pétanque court. Fresh vegetables are grown in the organic garden, fruit in the orchard, and olive oil and honey are produced from the Finca’s 100 olive trees and 15 beehives. Riding, yoga instruction, and bike hire can be arranged.
It is known for its local produce, including honey, capers, almonds, and peppers. There is a weekly market in the central plaza on Tuesdays, a delicious bakery, supermarkets, shops and an artisan gin distillery. In less than 20 minutes, you can be in the Tramantuna Mountains, with incredible hiking and biking routes and amazing views. And there is no shortage of beautiful beaches - Cala Figuera and Cala Formentor are about 30 minutes from the Finca. You could also take a day to Muro and visit the Museu Etnológico and then Bodega Butxet to try the wine.
