Situated on a private estate in the exclusive Palmeraie area, it's just 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech. The estate covers 20,000 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens, with ancient olive trees, date palms, and orange and pomegranate trees, amongst which just two other luxury villas are located. The villa can be rented independently or, for large groups, in conjunction with the other properties. At an extra cost, there's also the option of a one-bedroom self-contained pavilion close to Ezzouhra.

On the lower ground floor, there is a spa with a hammam, steam room, treatment rooms, and a fully equipped gym. A team of expert staff, headed by the accommodating house manager, is on hand to cater to guests' needs.
Just a brief drive away, guests can delve into the bustling Medina’s rich culture, historic charm, and vibrant markets, then retreat to Ezzhoura’s serene surroundings. The Palmeraie Golf Club, with its impressive 18-hole course, is nearby for golf enthusiasts, adding to the villa’s appeal. Additionally, the villa’s location offers convenient access to top attractions, such as the Majorelle Garden and Saadian Tombs, and it is just 10 kilometres from Marrakech Menara Airport, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and exploration.
