Sleeping up to 11 guests across five bedrooms, it combines a relaxed island atmosphere with exceptional sea views and direct access to one of the island’s most idyllic beaches. Extensive terraces surround the house, creating plenty of space for outdoor living, while a mature garden of bougainvillea, cypress and olive trees adds to the sense of privacy. A garden gate leads directly onto the sparsely populated western bay of Didimes, while a seafront taverna at nearby Livadi Geranou is within easy walking distance. In low season, it is possible to just rent the main house.
The main house is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor is the master bedroom and a family suite comprising a double bedroom and adjoining single room, which share a bathroom. This level also has a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, where large picture windows frame panoramic views across the Aegean. The living spaces open directly onto shady terraces, making it easy to move between indoors and out throughout the day. A third bedroom is located on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase. Two further bedrooms are housed in separate garden suites, just a few steps down from the main terrace, offering additional privacy for guests.
Please note bedroom 3 can only be accessed externally via a flight of steps from the ground floor of the main house.
In low season, the main house can be rented on its own.
There are numerous areas for lounging, as well as shaded spaces for long, relaxed meals overlooking the water. The mature garden is filled with bougainvillea, cypress and olive trees, creating a lush Mediterranean setting around the house. At the bottom of the garden, a private gate opens directly onto the western bay of Didimes beach — an idyllic and wonderfully quiet stretch of sand and sea.
The twin beaches of Didimes are directly below the villa, while Livadi Geranou, with its seafront taverna, is within easy walking distance. Vagia and Panagia Geranos are also close by. For more choice, there are several tavernas in nearby Kampos, while Skala, Patmos’s lively port town, is around a 15-minute drive away, with a good selection of restaurants, cafés and shops. Around 20 minutes from the villa is Chora, the island’s ancient hilltop capital, crowned by the 11th-century Monastery of St John the Theologian and filled with picturesque narrow streets lined with tavernas, shops, cafés and bars.
