The generous living space includes a light-filled kitchen, a large sitting room with an open fireplace, and a relaxed dining area. Leisure meets luxury in the fitness room, equipped with professional gym machines, and a movie room with a projector and oversized floor cushions—perfect for family film nights or winding down after a day in the sun. The main house sleeps up to 17 across six spacious bedrooms, with an independent studio offering accommodation for a further four (ideal for two adults and two children).
All bedrooms have a Dyson fan and mosquito net. The air conditioning units in bedrooms 2-7 are portable.
Staff live in separate accommodation on site.
A vegetable and fruit garden provides the freshest ingredients, and days unfold easily between games of table tennis, naps in the hammocks, or dips in the large swimming pool. Alfresco living is central here: guests can gather around a vast dining table for 25, sink into one of the many outdoor seating areas, or unwind in the Japanese cedar hot bath beneath the stars.
The sea lies just a 20-minute walk downhill, where a charming cove awaits. Ribs can be dropped off and collected from Cala Deia for days spent exploring the coastline by water, while larger boats are accessible via the nearby port of Sóller. Finca Son Muntaner is an idyllic base for discovering Mallorca at its most authentic—quiet, sun-drenched, and effortlessly elegant.
