Villa Comi stands facing out to sea on in the south-eastern part of the beautiful green island of Kefalonia, 27 km away from the capital Argostoli. There is a long verandah on the upper floor looking over the garden with big green lawns, cypress trees, olives and shrubs surrounding a large terrace and pool. Expansive ocean views are mesmerising.
The villa has three storeys with bedrooms on two of the floors, including one with its own open plan kitchen and living area. A separate spacious living room, with large stone fireplace, opens onto the balconied veranda. A kitchen and dining area are also on this floor. Furniture throughout is classic and elegant.
The garden level gives direct access to terrace, pool and a barbecue. Comfortable wooden sun loungers surround the pool. A long dining table, for six, sits on the lawn and a bistro table and chairs on the terrace. On the balcony, there’s a round table and director’s chairs and also a rocking chair; this is a great place to sit in the shade and admire the views.
