Secluded enough for privacy yet within walking distance of a taverna and access to a shared jetty, it is an idyllic spot for unwinding in peace and easy exploration. A colourful villa, being a former olive press, you benefit from the shelter of the mature olive trees, so it's a very private sanctuary.

An appealing, eclectic mix of antiques, art and colourful furnishings gives the interiors a light, homely feel. Ideal for a small group of up to six guests, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, all on the ground floor. Classic, country-style decor feels welcoming and timeless. There's an appealing mix of furnishings with many antique pieces and lots of pictures, side tables and mirrors. A kilim-covered chair, pine dresser, iron bedsteads, and vintage wooden towel rails - all evoke the feel of a long-established and much-loved home. There's a charming sitting room with doors to the terrace, a dining area, thr e en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, and a modern fitted kitchen. All is on one floor as the villa is one storey.

Built originally as an olive press, this single-storey summer villa has easy beach access and sits insweeping, private grounds backed by shady olive trees and turquoise sea views. A large verandah provides shade for outdoor dining with sea views. There's a brick-built coal barbeque for al fresco cooking and vintage-style rattan garden furniture to sit and enjoy a slower pace of life. Out in the garden, steamer chairs can be placed in the sun or shade, and the sea is on your doorstep for cooling off.

Kerasia is a picturesque pebble beach with clear turquoise waters. There's a small jetty near the house and a taverna a few minutes walk away. You can also walk to two charming fishing villages; Kouloura is a 15-20 minute walk and has one taverna. San Stefano, a 20-25 minute walk, has a few tavernas, shops, bars and boat hire. By car, Avlaki beach is just 10 minutes away. It's a Blue Flag beach, great for sailing and windsurfing. For restaurants, bars and relaxed teenage-friendly nightlife, Kassiopi is a 10-minute drive.
