On foot, the villa is just 20 minutes from two charming fishing villages, Kouloura and San Stephano, with tavernas and shops, and boats for hire. By car, Avlaki beach is just 10 minutes away, a Blue Flag beach known for its sailing and windsurfing. For restaurants, bars and relaxed teenage-friendly nightlife, Kassiopi is a 20-minute drive.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests in homely comfort.
