It’s a few kilometres from the village of Banyalbufar and a 20-minute walk to the beach. A pebble beach is a 20 minute walk away, while the shops and restaurants of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a short drive. The capital of Palma, and its international airport, is 40 minutes by car. This traditional Mallorcan villa is designed for socialising and offers various spaces for guests to gather together and enjoy the view. There’s a large, bright lounge opening onto a large terrace. At mealtimes, guests can choose between the elegant dining room and the covered dining area outdoors. The villa has a private heated swimming pool and shared use of a tennis court with the two other villas on the estate. The four en suite bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors, and all have a Bose music system and Wi-Fi.
