This five-bedroom villa is a new addition to the exclusive Cavo Aryatis Estate in north-east Corfu. It has been expertly designed to be rented with the next door villa as a 10-bedroom property, or on its own. Perched above the end of Avlaki beach, the family-friendly residence has a private swimming pool and gym, and shares a pontoon and tennis court with its two sister villas.

Villa Erato occupies an enviable location on the beautiful north-east coast of Corfu. It’s positioned just at the northern tip of Avlaki beach, with direct access to the sea. There’s a steep track from the estate down to the pontoon, so you can moor a boat here and set sail whenever takes your fancy. Or take a stroll along the beach, where you’ll find a sailing centre and a couple of excellent seafront tavernas. For shops, restaurants and nightlife, it’s a short distance by boat or car to Kassiopi; to get away from it all, explore the unspoilt nature trails of the nearby Emiritus headland.

This spacious villa has been designed to accommodate all the family. There’s a master suite on the first floor with a private balcony and courtyard, and a further three double/twin bedrooms on the ground floor. Each has an en suite and French doors opening out onto the terrace. There’s a four-person bunk room with an en suite next to the entertainment room, which makes a perfect nanny suite. The house has air conditioning and Sonos throughout, and also boasts its own gym and treatment room. The first-floor sitting room and kitchen have bi-folding doors leading to a dining terrace with stunning sea views. Below lies the 17-metre infinity pool, with sun loungers and a wooden gazebo: an inviting space to relax in the shade. While you take it easy, there’s plenty to keep the kids entertained, from badminton to ping pong and table football.
