Villa Kadera is an immaculate Mallorcan villa which has 6 en suite bedrooms in the Andratx area on the south west of the island. Direct and easy access to the sea is just one of the many special features that this fully serviced villa offers up to 12 guests.

Collection from the airport in a chauffeur driven car whisks you to the villa in only takes 45 minutes from Palma airport, so you can start off your holiday in style.

Located in an elevated position on the Andratx peninsula, safe steps lead you down from the terraces to the sea providing an easy route to your private gated access and boat mooring and from here, you have the opportunity to go on trips to visit other parts of the beautiful island of Mallorca - including restaurants best reached by boat.

A series of terraces define and differentiate the various facilities on offer at Villa Kadera - on the Pool Terrace, the prettily shaped infinity pool and extra large sun loungers give all the sun seekers in your party the opportunity to work up their tan; on the Jacuzzi terrace, the 8 person whirl pool is shaded by an extra large pergola and together with a bar and sofas provides a more intimate setting for relaxation. This area can also be set up, according to guests’ preference, with fitness equipment and yoga and Pilates instructors will be appointed.

In the main house, there are 3 entertainment rooms to ensure that guests can get together, but there are also chill out areas at every level of the villa. The Den at the top of the house has comfortable sofas to enjoy the 360 views of the whole area including Dragonera island.

If it’s outside living you’re after, the day gets off to a good start with the maids serving breakfast at the table in the breakfast Loggia - a shady corner of the SolariumTerrace - lunch and dinner can also be taken al fresco. And when the sun goes down, the Tower Terrace at the top of the villa with its array of comfortable oversized sofas, drinks fridge and retractable blinds allows you to enjoy aperitifs together before changing for dinner.

Elevated, you are best placed to see the spectacular sea views and changing colours of the surrounding landscape, bays and, as the sun rises, the beautifully lit peninsula.

The nearby Port of Andratx, which, by day, provides you with cafes, markets, and boutique shopping , at night, becomes your playground. Any teenagers in your party will be happy to visit the bars and clubs while the restaurants lure visitors from all parts of the island with their quality.
