About Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia 2021

This Bordeaux blend (50% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc and 11% Petit Verdot) comes from the heart of the Bolgheri region in Tuscany and is the sought-after second wine from Ornellaia, crafted from the same varieties as the grand vin. 

2021 experienced a warm summer and therefore the profile of this wine is rich and concentrated. The wine displays incredible freshness and structure and the vintage is a real delight. Expect bramble flavours and garrigue herbs combined with clove spice.
